the immediate problem is there is one person tripping the skater up, but there are usually 3 or more skaters, and a cameraman, and the one person doing the tripping could potentially get his or her ass beaten with skate boards that could be used as weapons...I don't agree with the nuisance factor, but the tripping and causing bodily harm is also just silly.
